Zachary Piper Solutions is looking for a Sustaining Planning Analyst located in Arlington (Hybird)Sustaining Planning Analyst/Sustainment Lead Duties/Description - Work across multiple teams to plan and manage for the sustainment of a large IT system deploying to all soldiers in the Army - Identify process improvements and efficiencies - Communicate risks and concerns to management - Track team tasks, schedules and priorities and Requests for Information (RFIs) - Coordinate product support tasks with Sensitive Activities personnel - Support the research, coordination, drafting and delivery of system outages/incident responses, as required - Ensure CDRL responses are tracked and submitted in a timely manner - Provide CDRL feedback to SI - Draft inputs for Monthly Status Report - Draft inputs for Quarterly Performance Report - Draft and review documents - Provide feedback to and review with client leadership - Incorporate feedback and submit for approval - Manage actions and taskers via task tracker and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) - Document actions via meeting minutes and monitoring emails - Participate in and provide brief-outs (as needed) for PSD Team meetings, IMS Reviews, and SI/PSD Synch meetingsRequired Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Business Administration and at least 5 years direct experience deploying information systems.
- Excellent verbal and facilitation skills.
- Strong organization skills.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in IT Sustainment/Product Support Recommended Skills Business Administration Information Systems Information Technology Integrated Master Plan (Imp) Leadership Scheduling Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
