Strategic Planner with Security Clearance

The Strategic Planner assists in the development of policies, validating requirements, and programming resources for training by units to enable commanders to attain and sustain required levels of training readiness - now and in the future.
Key area of expertise is in the Operational and Strategic fields and full grasp on the Military Decision-Making Process.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Assists in the planning and development of Army Training Strategy models (RA, NG, AR)Drafts/Publishes WARNO, EXORD, and other Order publicationManages CoC for different Working GroupsManages TGOSC requirements for Ops CoCMonitors and in quarterly Standards for Training Readiness and Advisory Group (STRAG) Represents TRC for TRM Validation meetingsSupports Ops Portfolio POM Planning Tasks and Ops Portfolio POM DevelopmentAssists in the planning and development of the Joint Pacific Multi-National Readiness Center (JPMRC)Attends/Coordinates monthly ASRPPlans/Hosts Semi-Annual ASRCCoordinates meetings with Force ProvidersCoordinates meeting space within DARepresents TRC for Theater Entry RequirementsReviews regulations (AR 525-29, AR 220-1, AR 35-50.
)Provides Working Group and OPT coordinationProvides Daily management of TMT assignmentsSupports Hey You daily/unpredictable taskers/requirements Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND
Experience:
Four-year degree (BA or BS) from an accredited university or college.
Experience with Army Training, Exercise Cell and Strategic PlanningExperience in a field related to Army civilian or military training, doctrine, or resource management.
Secret clearance
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Applies a broad range of experience and knowledge of DoD and DA force generation and readiness policies, training, procedures, and processes while supporting HQDA G3 Collective Training DivisionExhibits Systems Thinking using the ability to see how the Collective Training interact with the readiness enterprise as a wholePossesses the interpersonal and leadership skills of servant leadership, collaboration, facilitation, and negotiationExhibits emotional intelligence comprising self-awareness, confidence, and an ability to manage conflict in effort and timeProficiency in both written and spoken communicationsManages time and prioritization of tasks to meet competing agendasUse existing knowledge about Army readiness processes to assist HQDA G3 Training in determining, synthesizing, and providing key metrics to Army Senior Leaders about the efficient uses of Army resources.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
