Middleware Integration Specialist - Hybrid/Remote Crystal City, with Security Clearance

ai is seeking a highly motivated Middleware Integration Specialist in support of our Army G-3/5/7 customerThe ideal candidate should have work experiences in cross functional agile teams, cloud infrastructure and services, configuring reverse proxies, single sign-on methods such as EAMS-A, ADFS or another equivalent authentication tool, access controls and user registration, and installing middleware software packages like Oracle WebLogic, Apache, IIS or another equivalent product This position requires an Active Secret ClearanceHybrid/Remote, eligible candidates must be able to report on-site in Crystal City/Arlington, VA at least 3x days per weekWhat you will doo Design, build, operate and maintain the project's middleware infrastructure and access management.
o Transition current environment from Oracle products (OAM, OHS etc) to a modern/ light-weight solution.
o Establish connection between project middleware solution and cArmy EAMS-A portal (PKI authentication).
o Configure middleware to allow for deployment of third-party products such as Qlik Sense, GeoAnalytics & Nprinting as well as Vizlib Writeback.
o Support custom UI/UX components for user registration and feedback.
o Evaluate & resolve middleware software issuesWork to ensure resiliency and reliability of front-end access for system users.
o Demonstrate timeliness as related to projects, attendance, communication, deliverables, and scheduleo Operate across multiple environments simultaneously, performing a variety of tasks, from addressing production issues to working on new initiatives.
o Manage access controls What you need to haveo Clearance:
must possess and maintain active Secret level clearanceo Bachelor's Degree and 5
years of experience, or;o Associates Degree and 7
years of experience, or;o Master's Degree and 3
years of experience, or;o PhD and some professional experienceo (in lieu of Bachelor's degree, 9
years of relevant experience)o 5
years of Microsoft systems/Unix Systems, infrastructure, networking and cloud experience.
o DoD Directive 8570/8140.
01 IAT/IAM Level 2 Certification such as Security
(or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire).
o Experience managing platforms along with AWS Cloud Architecture.
o Knowledge of OAM and working with WebLogic.
o Experience with project and task planning to include scope of work, time estimation, and resource assignmento Problem-solving skills to identify, mitigate, and/or solve server-side challenges.
o Team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to resolve problems in a professional manner, lead working groups, negotiate, and create consensus.
o Ability to draft requirements documents, correspondence, and procedures in accordance with policies.
o Experience monitoring, resolving, and documenting service tickets and requests.
o Ability to provide clear, accurate, and simple explanations of technical procedures and processes to audiences of varying degrees of technical proficiencyWhat we'd like you to haveo Working knowledge of the Agile Development and SAFe methodology.
